Office Manager

Natalie primarily works alongside the maintenance team ensuring that landlords and tenants are happy within their homes, answering general queries and questions that they may have. Being Arla qualified, she is also the office hub when it comes to the legalities of property management. She enjoys property visits the most, meeting new landlords and developing property ideas, and getting out to meet our lovely tenants!


Maintenance Co-ordinator

Alex deals mainly with our contractors; allocating maintenance requests out to a worker and organising their workload. She would then follow up with each contractor, or will conduct a task chase where the landlord carries out their own maintenance, to ensure that each task is completed within a reasonable timescale. Alongside her maintenance colleagues, she also deals with general maintenance enquiries from tenants and landlords. Alex has prior experience in lettings and accounts also, so has all-round knowledge of the industry.


Maintenance Co-ordinator

Will deals with general and maintenance enquiries. Ensuring that maintenance tasks are allocated and chased up with our landlords. He would also speak with our tenants to ensure that they are kept updated and happy with the works completed. Will is also an asset as our office clown, keeping us entertained, and is our nominated tea boy!


Accounts Administrator – Tenant Liaison

Jemma is our tenant contact for accounts enquiries. She liaises with our tenants to ensure that all rental is received, and makes sure that our landlords are updated should there be any issues. Due to Jemma's diligence with our rent chase we surpass the national average on rental recovered. Jemma is also the feeder of the office, making arguably the best cupcakes in Leeds!


Accounts Administrator - Landlord Liaison

Sarah is our landlord liaison, she ensures that the landlord statements are correct and issued on time. Sarah is from a hospitality background, however has now moved over to world of 9-5 (ish) She is really enjoying Property Management and getting to know our landlords and tenants. In her spare time she is also a wine connoisseur.


Receptionist/Office Administrator

Katie is our front of house and deals with a wide range of issues that come her way from both landlords and tenants. Alongside her reception duties, Katie also works within the accounts team. Katie is an asset to our office with her organisational skills and is also in contest with Will for making the best tea! Coincidentally, Katie is also a wine connoisseur in her spare time (any wine will do!!)


Property Administrator

Emma is our inventory clark. She is responsible for new tenants moving in and out, and ensuring that all the right paperwork has been given to give our tenants the best start and finish to their home with us! When she isn't visiting our properties, she can be found under the hood of a car, what Emma doesn't know about cars, isn't worth knowing.
